Phase 2(Mint):
-Minting begins on 1/31/22 at 5 P.M. EST.
-Continue building community and creating a brand

Phase 3(Post-Mint):
-Listing on secondary marketplaces
-Donation to St. Jude Children's Hospital
-Oasis Dog's DAO development begins
-Oasis Dog's community discord begins converting into a DAO
-Merch goes live
-Breeding begins
